Truth or Tweets? What Should We Believe?

Good Day World!

What's the message going out to the American people these days?

Who should they believe?

Donald Trump, or America's entire Intelligence community?

Is proof enough anymore? Don the Con and his loyal followers don't think so. It's trivial in Trump Land.

Without a shred of evidence, Chump accused President Obama of wire-tapping him.

The reason was obvious, he was feeling the heat from the investigation on Russia interfering with the election. Five of his cronies were discovered to have talked with Russians during his campaign.

So he tweeted. His anger apparent. His ego bruised. He did the one thing he's always done; deflect. No matter that it was a lie. He just had to derail the headlines about Russia and ties to his presidential campaign by introducing a new supposed scandal.

He was that desperate. Now he can't win. Or, can he?

If he was wiretapped then it means there was reason to, and it had to come from the intelligence community - not the president. Not good news for Lump.

If no evidence supports his claim, then his presidency becomes more shaky by the day. There's a paper trail. Of that we can be sure.

As the Republican party and the White House turn to the sources involved and discover Trump was lying about Obama wire-trapping, the course is clear.

Impeach him. At the very least, a libel suit should be filed.

Let's see who wins out. Truth...or tweets from a sociopath. The fate of the Republic depends upon the answer.

Deflector-In-Chief Tweets Alternative News Based Upon His Bigly Imagination

Good Day World!

I'm still chuckling about those foolish souls who thought Trump would grow up and act like an adult when he got elected president.

Republicans cravenly embraced Chump even though they knew he was a vicious child with a gigantic ego.

They were reminded of this Saturday morning when the Deflector-In-Chief tweeted trash about President Obama and claimed he wire-tapped Trump Tower.

The deflection was obvious. Thump was melting down because of the ongoing investigations over his campaign team's collusion with Russia.

The irony of some Republicans calling for an investigation on Obama's alleged illegal wire-tapping is thick as a brick. Here's why:

If there is an investigation into the tapping of Trump Tower and it turns out that it was done legally with a judge's permission, the shit will hit the fan for Chump and company.

You gotta be doing something wrong to get that judge's order. Unlike Rump, Obama played by the rules and crossed his t's and dotted his I's.

Meanwhile hard core Lump supporters are eagerly talking up the new narrative about Obama on alt-right websites like Breitbart and InforWars.

This latest attempt to deflect the Russian narrative is classic Dump. He's used this method of getting around the truth throughout his life.

That, and never admitting that he lies. Even when caught red-handed. However, if this time his connections to Red Communist Russia are revealed that ploy won't work.

That's when reality will catch up to the ex-reality star trying to imitate an American president.

Time for me to walk on down the road.

Extreme Vetting Needed For Trump Appointees

                                           Good Day World!

Senate Democrats have been fighting an uphill battle in the political nominee appointment process because of lack of cooperation from Trump's cronies.

Because the Democrats are outnumbered at least two (that we know of) of the confirmed appointees have been caught colluding with the Russians during the recent presidential campaign.

Michael Flynn is gone. Jeff Session's feet are being held to the fire after he was caught lying about his contact with a Russian Ambassador.

Trump appointees seem to have a problem with remembering things during confirmation.

Some examples:

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price told Congress that the discount shares he purchased in a biotechnology company were available to all investors.
In truth, he was one of “fewer than 20″ people who received a “privileged offer” to purchase the shares

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin testified that the bank he headed during the mortgage crisis did not engage in “robo-signing” — i.e. employees routinely signing foreclosure documents “without actually knowing whether the facts contained in those documents were correct” — despite pages upon pages of evidence that it did.

Senate Republicans also jammed through Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt’s confirmation before the release of emails showing him in close coordination with oil and gas interests while he was Oklahoma’s attorney general.

Senate Democrats need to continue resisting the wall of cronies Trump is putting up around himself.

They've said all along that the Republicans have been trying to jam their appointees through the confirmation process without proper vetting.

Look what's happen so far.

In fact, Trump nominees should undergo an extreme vetting because of their propensity to lie. That based upon their history thus far.

Intel Patriots Protected Evidence of Russian/Trump Connection

Good Day World!

When Trump won the presidency, officials from all 18 intelligence agencies scrambled to save evidence they were collecting on collusion between his campaign and the Russians.

Citing unnamed former officials, the New York Times says Obama's aides left a "trail of evidence" across different government agencies to prevent the incoming Trump administration from covering up or destroying evidence.

That evidence is surfacing like a wrathful watchman for freedom.

First, Trump's pick for National Security Adviser Michael Flynn gets caught lying about his conversation with a Russian official during the election.

Now we find out another Trump pick for Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, met twice with the Russian Ambassador of the United States (when he claimed under oath he didn't communicate with the Russians).

This isn't over. As more little Trump IEDS are discovered by Congress, Republicans are going to be faced with a tough choice when evidence against Trump personally (tax records?) proves he was in cahoots with Putin.

That's treason.

Ironically, the House recently voted NOT to look into Trump's taxes.Odd. Collusion somewhere? You bet.

Will there be more Trump surrogates exposed in the days and months ahead? You bet.

How about Billionaire Wilbur Ross who was just confirmed as Commerce Secretary? There's questions over his Russian ties such as his relationship with a Cypriot bank that has ties to Putin allies.

Busted! Another Trump Nominee Caught Talking With Russians

Good Day World!

Another big lie.

Trump and cronies got cornered when information came out that recently appointed Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, met with a Russian Ambassador twice before the election.

First it was Flynn. Now Sessions. Whose next?

Sessions lied during his confirmation when he said he "did not have communications with the Russians." His lawyers are busy frantically parsing his words on record in an attempt to defend him.

The White House quickly came out in Session's defence saying it was perfectly legal for Sessions to meet with the Russian Ambassador, and that he met with 25 other ambassadors too.

One problem with that. No one else from Congress met with the Russians during the presidential campaign.

The fact is there were accusations of collusion between Don the Con's campaign and the Russians that were being widely reported by the press.

Sessions picked this period of time to secretly talk with one of Putin's stooges.

At the time, then-Sen. Jeff Sessions, met with the Russian ambassador to the United States during the midst of last year's bitter election campaign, the Alabama senator was not only serving as a surrogate for candidate Donald Trump but had been named chairman of the campaign's National Security Advisory Committee.

Go ahead and take a moment if you gagging. This whole affair stinks of corruption, greed, and treason.

Thump's campaign got a lot of help from the Russians.

That according to the 18 intelligence agencies who have concluded an investigation needs to be conducted to fully understand the extent of Russia's interference with our election, and Team Trump's constant contact with Russian officials during the elections.

The proof is out there. Before President Obama left the White House he had the intelligence agencies save, and store, all of the information gathered by our government and intelligence from other countries like Britain, France, and Germany.

A Fight For Survival: Trump VS The Bumblebees

                                        Good Day World!

Trump's latest buzz kill...

A WWF takedown of our environment is underway as faithful Trumpanzees suspend rules set up by the Obama administration to protect the rusty-patched bumblebee (Bombus affinis) and other endangered species from extinction.

The science is clear - Bombus affinis is headed toward extinction, and soon, according to Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) senior attorney Rebecca Riley.

So why does Chump want to take the bumblebees protection away?

Why has he instructed agencies to withdraw or freeze an array of rules that were intended to protect public health and the environment?

Guess what?

Trump's billionaire buddies at Bayer and Syngenta are doing the happy dance because they will get to resume using a deadly pesticide - Neonicotinoids - that makes them billions of dollars every year.

Just good old Thump stimulating the economy right?

The loss of the rusty-patched bumblebee would be a significant one, and a harbinger of greater losses to come.

The bee is one of 47 species found in North America, more than a quarter of which face the risk of extinction, according to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.

The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) has filed a lawsuit against what they claim was an illegal move by the Trump administration.

This is the third lawsuit that the NRDC has already filed against the Trump administration for its attacks on regulations.

By allowing these corporations to peddle neonicotinoids without concern for our environment, Lump has lowered even his bar for being a baseless moneygrubbing brat.

Other victims of neonicotinoids include, hummingbirds, butterflies, bats, earthworms, and now marine life off the Central American Barrier Reef.

These poisons are being found in our rivers, soil and even our brains.

It's now become even more of a fight for everyone's survival. We need those bees. We need clean water. We don't need a profitable poison in our brains.

It's bad enough that peopling are drinking orange kool aid too.

Anti-Trump Sentiment: Will Protesters Fall Victim to 'Resistance Fatigue?'

Good Day World!

Lately I'be been blogging about how nice it is to see Americans unifying in their opposition to the Trump regime.

Seems like there's been protests since Day One of Potato-Face's inauguration.

That's because there has been.

The most recent was a nationwide protest called "Day Without An Immigrant."

It was followed by a "General Strike" in over 100 cities nationwide. Chump's Florida campaign rally two weeks ago was met by protesters.

Thousands marched at a Muslim solidarity rally in New York.

On President's Day - protester's nationwide held "Not My President" rallies.

More protests are coming down the line. Count on it. But there's also a backlash to all of these protests.

It's called "Resistance fatigue."

It's trendiness can be credited to Google engine Yonatan Zunger, who surmised in a January Medium essay that tiring Americans out was the motivation behind Trump's nonstop battery of executive orders.

I'm not sure I totally agree with Zunger, but it's something I wouldn't put paste our pasty-faced illegitimate president.

As far as I can see there's not going to be an end to the protests until Chump is impeached. If he manages to stay for his full term I'll be really surprised.

One way or the other chaos will continue in our country until Dump is gone.

The question is how long will the resistance to his corrupt regime last before burn-out takes its toll?

I'll Take a Blundering Clown Over A Mean Kid Who Constantly Lies

Good Day World!

This is scary.

I watched an interview with former president George W. Bush on the Today Show yesterday, and was stunned to see how normal he is in comparison to Trump.

When Bush said that the power of the presidency can be addictive, and that an independent media is necessary to keep things in check, I almost couldn't believe what I was hearing.

My memories of Bush involve a clown blundering his way through his last term. He left office as one of the most reviled presidents in our history at that point.

In a case of you ain't seen nothing yet, Chump is making Bush look pretty good. I can't believe I just said that!

One thing you can say about Bush is he isn't an egomaniac like Lump. He also genuinely cares about veterans. Maybe it's out of guilt for leading us into a war that should never have happened.

Bush talked about his new book which features paintings he did of each individual veteran who was profiled. In contrast to Trump's "it's all about me" attitude, Bush's book features people who served their country.

The difference between the two men is one is a blundering clown (Bush), and the other is a very mean kid who never grew up (Rump) and can't stop telling lies.

Did Bush lie while in office? Hell yes, he did!

Just not every day Like Dump. Politifact has followed Hump's presidency and reports there hasn't been a day since he's been in office where he hasn't told a lie.

I doubt if there's every been a politician who hasn't lied about something. Don-the-Con however has made an art out of it. No one can look you in the eye and lie like him.

Bush's evil sidekick was Cheney. Chump's is Steve Bannon who makes Cheney look like a Nobel Prize nominee.

I never had the feeling Bush purposely wanted to cripple our society with an illegal war. He was heavily influenced by Cheney and his cronies. Unlike Donny-Little-Hand who has plenty of advisers that he mostly ignores.

Bad boy Bannon would be the exception. He's another angry kid trapped in a man's body.

I've little doubt that history will treat Bush better than Dump. I'm not absolving Bush for his crimes, but I never had the feeling he purposely wanted to create chaos and promote racism.

Like Trump.

America, and the rest of the world, is watching with concern as Lump attacks the Republic, minorities, and anyone who tries to stand in his way with facts and laws.

Our first illegitimate president is like a kid who can't wait to blow out the candles of his birthday cake and plunges into it face first with squeals of glee.

It's just a matter of time before responsible adults send Little Donny on his way and fumigate the White House.

Gotta love that Adele and her song "Hello."

But you still want more.

So, I've come up with a new awards ceremony that will only be popular for about four years. It's going to be a night of entertainment and awards unlike anything you've ever seen before.

Yes. It's going to be yuge.

Ladies and gentleman...welcome to The Trumpies!

1. Most Bigoted
2. The 1st Lifelong Racist Award

Trump: Looking For Love In The Wrong Place

Good Day World!

By now America knows that it's president is a thin-skinned liar, and egomaniac.

Donny Little-Hands can't stop praising himself by distorting facts and coming up with alternative facts.

His latest Saturday tweet (it's one of his favorite days to make bigly tweets!) is the most recent example.

Chump lashed out out the media for not singing his praises for reducing the National Debt in his first month.

He claimed that during his first month in office the National Debt went down by $12 billion vs a $200 billion increase in Obama's first month.

Sad. And of course it was a ridiculous comparison in the first place.

Obama walked into the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression and had to bail the country out. He did what presidents before him have done and took on debt to stimulate the economy.

As we all know, it worked. Trump inherited a vibrant economy. Instead of recognizing this fact, Rump convinced himself (with no evidence) that his administration was doing great.

There's one more thing Lump doesn't seem to know:
The debt probably ticked down, but it's due to the federal government re-balancing its inner-governmental holdings.

In other words, debt outstanding to the public has barely budged since inauguration day.

In addition:

Business Insider reported that the federal government is still operating under the budget passed before Don-the-Con came aboard.

To summarize, our first illegitimate president is:

1. Tying to take credit for something he didn't do.

2. Making false claims based on pure bullshit.

3. So dumb that he thinks no one will fact check him.

4. So vain that he doesn't care because he likes people to talk about him.

What Hump doesn't realize is when he's caught lying (a daily experience) most Americans aren't okay with that.

By trying to force feed his reality on the public Chump is looking for love in the wrong place.

His only alternative is too hold campaign rallies for 2020 so he can get that love from his Hard Core followers.

Annual Conservative Freak Show Unveils a New Political Order - Trumpism

                                Good Day World!

Our first illegitimate president, Donny Little-Hands, refused to go to last year's meeting of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) - also known as the annual conservative freak show - but this year he was one of it's star attractions.

Going forward the conference may be re-named (the White Light Party) if presidential adviser "Darth" Bannon has anything to say about it (you can bet he will).

Bannon (in his first public appearance) bragged that under Chump there was now a new political order. He predicted "Trumpism" would overtake the conservative movement and fundamentally change the country.

As Bannon threw out red meat to the salivating audience he described what was happening under Rump's regime as the "deconstruction of the administrative state."

In other words, Democracy is being destroyed in favor of a new fascist regime that favors whites and the wealthy.

The purge of people with color has already started. It was stopped by a federal court after 48 hours of chaos. The next ban is coming soon.

There was an interesting sidelight to the freak show that didn't get a lot of press. Only one senator, I'll kiss anyone's ass -Ted Cruz, attended the gala event.

In past conferences, members of Congress fought to be invited to it. They often ended up being the stars of the show. But their collective no-show this time revealed just how large the split is between real conservatives and Trump's followers.

Conservatives and Trumpsters are already on a collision course. Their uneasy alliance is based upon the conservatives fear of retaliation if they dare to defy the new political order.

Blog Break Until Presidential Election is Over

I finally hit the wall today. I can't think of what to say about all of the madness going on in this country right now. I'm a writer...
