The court voided the $1.776 billion "anti-weaponization" fund that had been established via settlement to block the IRS from auditing Trump, his family, and his businesses. Trump is now subject to future audits.
The judge suggested that there be investigations into the DOJ attorneys who acted in concert with Trump's team. A federal appeals court officially upheld this ruling.
Executive and Immigration Policy Setbacks
The regime has faced continuous resistance from the federal bench regarding immigration enforcement tactics.
Hundreds of district and circuit court judges have systematically rejected a new DOJ and regime interpretation of a 1996 immigration law intended to deny bond hearings to immigrants arrested away from the border. A Supreme Court review is pending.
The DOJ lost a lawsuit against the entire federal bench in Maryland, which sought to overturn a court order limiting the regime's ability to fast-trach certain deportations.
The Supreme Court denied a regime application for a stay in a lawsuit brought by a terminated federal official (Perlmutter) allowing her to remain in her position while her challenge against the regime plays.
Fighting Free Press Restrictions
The regime's efforts to restrict the media have also met immediate resistance in the courts:
In September 2026, CNN, MS Now, and Politico sued the regime after the White House announced a ban on their journalists. A Washington D.C. district judge rapidly issued a Temporary Restraining Order against the regime, blocking the ban from taking effect.
It's almost time for the Supreme Court to kick off its 2026-2027 term with multiple high-stakes cases to their docket. These cases directly challenge the regime's aggressive enforcement policies and sweeping regime actions.
The Supreme Court just agreed to review the nationwide crackdown on undocumented immigrants. On deck is a controversial challenge to the swift deportation tactics and the Court's emergency interim docket push for quick reversals of lower court mandates (Trump vs Kingdom).
The court battles are getting more intense as we near the midterms. Trump's fears of facing a Democratic led Congress have caused him to openly deny court rulings - like in the press ban case where he is ignoring the judge's orders and is continuing to ban CNN.
As it Stands, our judicial system is surviving extraordinary attacks from a corrupt regime which should give us all hope.
