Americans Are Unwilling Participants in Trump's Reality Show

I don't want to be in Trump's reality show.

I suspect millions of Americans feel the same way.

Our nation is facing widespread corruption by a lying egomaniac. Open corruption with impunity by a wannabe dictator who is defying everything America stands for.

His deluded base thought (and many still do) that Trump is draining an allegorical swamp. The rest of the world isn't drinking that Kool aid.

A majority of Americans are now for Impeachment after just two weeks of revelations describing Trump's underhanded dealing with foreign countries. They're tired of Trump's shitshow.

This moment in history, where Americans are once again looking at getting rid of an elected president, is a result of Trump's reality show since slithering into office. 

His supporters are more than glad to live in the current alternate universe Trump has created. That includes the Republican Party which is enabling this travesty of an administration.

Republican senators who normally would side with America against Communist China, are looking the other way as Trump openly colludes with our longtime communist foe, asking for dirt on his political opponents.

I hate the fact that Trump has pulled me into his alternate universe where I have no choice but to call the president of the United States a traitor.

I hate the fact that the world is watching the chaos Trump has created with trepidation. Countries are worrying they may suddenly incur Trump's wrath and be hit with unjustified tariffs.

For those of us who live in the real world, the last three years have been exhausting, and discouraging, watching the guard rails of democracy collapse under Trump's relentless assaults on our Constitution.

Like it or not, we are in an impeachment mode based upon the urgent need to stop a runaway president from selling out our country.

Pence's Penance: Repent and Hope America Forgives Him

Vice President Mike Pence was once a godly man by some accounts, before he signed up with the devil Trump.

The way the story goes Pence was walking along a road with a few right-wing pals when a vision of Trump on a cloud of smog appeared before the startled conservatives.

Just the day before the infamous Hollywood Access tapes were released, and minions in Trump's orbit were panicking about Trump bragging about grabbing "pussy's." 

That night, Pence and his wife prayed about what to do. Should he support the son of Satan, and thus achieve great power on earth as the second most powerful man on the planet? Or, what?

The next morning, after praying again, Pence went out to seek The Donald to pledge his undying allegiance. The rest is history.

Today Pence is on the precipice of political ruin because of his association with Trump. Like everyone around him at some point, Pence will become political fodder for the maniac in the Oval Office.

New Program this Fall Promises to be a Hit - Impeachment TV

I'm running out of popcorn!

The impeachment drama starring Trump is only in it's second week, and I'm on the last bag of my popcorn stash for the entire year. 

What's happened, is I've increased my popcorn consumption recently while watching Trump trying to drag down every segment of our government into his swamp.

I'm going to have to re-stock my popcorn supply at a lousy time because of Trump's stupid tariffs, that are now officially pissing people off.

I've witnessed some of the greatest political dramas of all time, from the impeachments of Nixon and Clinton, to the Iran-Contra scandal under George Herbert Bush's watch.

But the impeachment of Trump is on entirely different level. It's the Super Bowl of Scandals. A lot like watching a sporting event on TV, and hoping the home team wins.

What a glorious political spectacle for this Fall's lineup of TV watching. An ex-reality TV star overreaches his performance as the president of the United States, and is now being indicted for his corruption.

Variations of Trump vs America videos will jump from the mainstream media outlets into the morass of the Internet, where reality can be twisted into an illusion perpetrated by trolls with no souls.

No one knows how this drama is going to end. Will Trump waddle into 2020 still our president, seeking re-election?

Will Mike Pence be our next president? Or, will Mike Pence be impeached too? 

Are we going to start the New Year off with a woman president - Nancy Pelosi - steering the ship-of-state into a general election?

Another Whistleblower Emerges: Claims Misconduct in Presidential Audit Program

In Trump's world there are "dog whistles," and whistleblowers.

Sending subliminal messages to his restless base is one of Trump's super con man powers. It just takes key words. He likes dog whistles because they're very effective with racists, white supremacists, and uneducated people. 

In other words, the majority of his base.

As for whistleblowers, Trump loathes them with a mob mentality that calls for execution. Truth is his garlic, or cross, that threatens his very existence. 

Americans have been following the growing Ukraine whistleblower scandal numbly. Some are starting to react after a week, as evidenced in the rising numbers for impeachment proceedings in the polls.

There's a feeling in the air in Washington, according to aging pundits, "very reminiscent of Watergate," and the fall of Tricky Dick. 

Another whistleblower has surfaced claiming misconduct in a Presidential Audit Program that happened months ago.

Here's the August 21, 2019 article on an alleged coverup in the IRS. This story has been simmering in the background of the Ukraine scandal, and is finally getting a renewed look.

I won't be surprised to see even more whistleblowers despite Trump's threatening reaction to the Ukraine whistleblower's allegations. He's openly trying to intimidate witnesses and Congress is not going to stand aside and let him get away with it.

As Trump's presidency careens down the toilet, he's coming to a reckoning in his life... for the first time. 

The consequences of a life of lies and greed are going to be terrible, and humiliating. Especially, for the biggest egomaniac on the planet.

New National Pastime: Counting World Leaders Trump Has Bullied, or Colluded With

By jerking the Ukraine's new leader around like a rag doll for political reasons, Trump's proven he's lawless, and brazen. 

Even more interesting, we're discovering Trump's foreign policy is nothing more than an extortion machine on steroids.

News that another leader has been taking shit from Don the Con broke yesterday, when it was disclosed Australia's Prime Minister was pressured by Trump to help AG Barr with his mission to look for dirt on the origin of the Russia probe.

Both his call to the Ukraine, and Australia, demonstrated how much Hilliary Clinton still lives in Trump's birdbrain, and how much he fears his most likely Democratic opponent Joe Biden.

It should be interesting in the days ahead as we hear about Trump's telephone conversations with Putin, and bin Salman, that are reputed to be on a super secure server.

Don't be surprised however, if there's been other world leaders that Trump has bullied, or colluded with in just less than three years.

I've been scouting the internet looking for on-line betting parlors that might give odds on the next world leader whose name surfaces in connection with Trump's corruption.

I doubt if I would take any odds on Kim, or Xi however. They would be the next two most obvious of Trump's favorite dictators.

There's a lot of other world leaders that Trump has slimed on out there. Guessing whose next is rapidly becoming a national pastime.

BTY: Give me fair odds, and I'll bet Turkey's dictator Erdogan is on the list.

Clear and Present Danger: A Rogue POTUS Threatens America's Security

To set the plate this second week of impeachment proceedings against our pathetic POTUS, I highly recommend reading George Clancy's novel - A Clear and Present Danger.

The movie adaptation came out in 1994.

Fiction, however, has trumped Clancy's wild imagination as Trump's administration has been caught red-handed protecting Trump, after he sought political dirt on former vice president, Joe Biden.

This is real world; The president of the United States was caught bullying our ally Ukraine to dig up dirt on Trump's main political opponent for the 2020 election.

But Trump didn't conspire alone. 

We're starting to find out the identities of some of his key conspirators. Trump's attack dog Rudy Giuliani leads the pack. 

Attorney General, William Barr, Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and vice president, Mike Pence, are intertwined in the conspiracy to intimidate Ukraine's leader. 

It's just the tip of the iceberg. Watch what happens this week. The majority of Americans say an impeachment inquiry into Trump is necessary, according to CBS poll yesterday.

Those numbers are mounting after just one week of Trump and minions being exposed by a whistleblower, and the country being informed of what was happening.

Critics say things are happening too fast. I'd say they're not happening fast enough. This is a matter of our nation's security. 

"Urgent and credible," we must not forget the whistleblower's warning. Why should we wait for more crimes to unfold before our eyes in real time?

There's a new Trump train rattling down the tracks to impeachment, and I'm betting more Americans get aboard before the articles of impeachment are formally voted on in The House.

Not even the great thriller writer, Tom Clancy, could have come up with a bigger shocker than this near fall of American democracy.

Trolls for Trump: Hunt for Whistleblower to Discredit is Top Priority

The same trolls that crawled out from beneath their rocks in 2016 election (with Russia's help) to promote Trump are on the offensive again.

The movement to impeach Trump is on steroids right now, and his supporters, big and small, are panicking. The far right corners of the Internet have launched a wanted poster for the mysterious whistleblower whose threatening the Trump regime.

Congress is Cornering Trump's Enablers on the Road to Impeachment

Let's pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and thank a mystery whistleblower.

If not for the yet unnamed whistleblower, our democracy was on the verge of total destruction.

The end of a Republic, and the rise of a monarchy would have been accomplished in less than three year's under Trump's corrupt regime.

We now know he planned on rigging the 2020 election and after that? The sky was the limit. Remember some of his jokes about a third term?

America has faced over two centuries of challenges to our system of government, and the Constitution, but nothing like it faces today.

We know that Trump was using taxpayer money to force a country - the Ukraine - to go after his main political rival Joe Biden.

We know that Trump's attempts at exhorting a country that we're supposed to be supporting against our main enemy Russia, is a direct violation of the Constitution.

This last week unveiled a criminal conspiracy in the White House. Trump wasn't acting alone. 

We know AG Barr was involved because of Trump's personal henchman, Rudy Guiliani's assertion that he was working with the state department. And, Barr's name comes up in the phone call that jump-started the impeachment inquiry.

We know VP Pence canceled his visit to the Ukraine as Trump was putting pressure on the Ukraine's leader.

Yesterday, we found out that Trump's and his corrupt cronies - as in high officials in the NRA knew Russians were using their ties to the gun rights group to try and bolster their status with lawmakers, or the winner of the 2016 election.

We also found out that Trump's right wing media diet has become a factor in the impeachment inquiry. 

Congress is not taking a planned break to pursue this urgent threat to our country. Trump has to be stopped before he does any more damage and the House members know that.

News is coming in so fast this daily blog can't keep up. I'm doing the best I can to document this momentous moment in our history.

Snap! No Trump - You're Not Above the Law

It's Friday, and I'm feeling fatigued.

This week I watched, along with the rest of the world, Trump melt down under the pressure of the gathering whistleblower scandal. 

His response has been typical. Deny. Divert reality.

But it's more than that. It's something deeply ingrained in Trump's reptile brain, where he believes his own lies when he repeats them enough.

Now, Trump's bruised ego is seeking revenge for being exposed, and he's outright threatened the unknown whistleblower with death for treason. He doubled that up with threatening the people in the report by calling them spies.

I don't care how partisan a person is; set aside politics for a moment, and just be an American who loves democracy. It's under fire right now by the most corrupt president in this nation's history.

He's openly defying the Constitution because he thinks he can get away with it. He knows he got off the hook with the Russia investigation because he was able to obstruct justice with no consequence. 

It showed him that he could get away with bullying a foreign power to help bring down his political rival Joe Biden in 2020. 

Trump was so encouraged and swollen with his power, the day after declaring victory on the Mueller report he turned to another nation to help him get re-elected. 

This time, he bullied the Ukraine's leader to get dirt on his political rival Joe Biden. But with the help of a whistleblower, a very real threat to our nation's security has been exposed... just in time.

There's also a very real threat daily from a deranged narcissist who is being backed into a corner. He's trying to marshal his minions to fight back against the evidence that's being exposed in The House and Senate hearings.

Americans are watching the depths of depravity that our commander-in-chief goes to further his own personal gains. I hope every American follows this impeachment process closely. That's important.

History will harshly judge those lawmakers that chose not to impeach our corrupt leader.

I'm looking forward to seeing if justice can finally happen in the era of Trump.

Don the Con's Case is Collapsing Under the Weight of Evidence

A good con man keeps up his act until the moment when he's arrested by authorities.

Trump is a world class con man whose lies have been so blatant that the whole world is finally recognizing them and challenging him. The House of Trump is on fire!

It's been amazing watching the impeachment proceedings in the last 72 hours.
